iLEAD at UoP

Inclusive Leadership is a programme to promote and embed being inclusive into how colleagues at University of Portsmouth approach their leadership. Colleagues who completed the programme are better equipped and enabled to choose, enact and reflect on the leadership practice(s) needed for the situations and the people of their evolving work situations. The programme aims to give participants more confidence to co-create and catalyse a more inclusive workplace, and become more aware of their own leadership behaviour, practices and attitudes on the people around them, as well as the rich diversity of others’ strengths, qualities and value towards fulfilling UoP’s ambitions. The programme introduces a broader range of tools, techniques, theories, evidence bases and approaches to leading inclusively.
