NET Conference Presenter 2022

After two years of disruption and uncertainty caused by the pandemic, the 2022 conference focused on two main themes, belonging and wellbeing, and aimed to bring together delegates and presenters from a wide range of healthcare professions to re-establish identity, re-build networks, and recreate a sense of belonging to the healthcare community, both among staff and students. NET2022 offered delegates an intimate and immersive conference experience as an in-person, two-day residential event, and, building on lessons learned from virtual delivery, provided remote attendance for delegates and presenters via a fully interactive hybrid day on 7 September. While retaining a strong focus on Nursing professions, NET2022 included sessions from more than 20 different healthcare professions, allowing delegates to learn from evidence-based good practice from outside of their chosen discipline. Our networking opportunities allowed delegates to strengthen their interdisciplinary communities and regain a sense of belonging.
